The demand from our customers for additional services, especially multi-cutting, deburring and washing has lead to the installation of an impressive range of equipment being installed in our warehouses. Throughout the company we have over 18 saws ranging from the largest for cutting tubes up to 546 mm od, to the much faster smaller saws capable of cutting up to 120mm od at rates of 3000 pieces per hour. We have automatic deburring facilities and can arrange Statistical Process Control on request. In-house facilities for swageing and swelling are also available.
