API 5L X52 N - Mod

Seamless tubes in accordance with this specification are made from fine grained steel and normalised. They are Charpy impact V-notch tested at -50° Celcius to give 42 joules minimum average. 100% US inspection to API 5L SR4 with notch 5% of nominal wall with minimum of 0.4 / maximum I.5 mm. They meet the requirements of NACE MR 01 -75 90. Both chemical and mechanical properties conform to grade 355 EM and BS 7191 resp EEMUA-specn. Flattening tests performed in accordance with API 5L section

4.1 1. Supplied in lengths up to 13m or in exact lengths. Calibrated and bevelled ends of thicknesses up to and including 25.4 mm. Lloyds Certificates in accordance with DIN 50049.
